Hi, I’m Sophie — the baker, dreamer, and creative mind behind Scrumptious Soph. Before I traded spreadsheets for spatulas, I spent four years in the financial industry and studied Economics in England. While I was building a career in finance, my true passion was quietly rising in the background — in the form of cakes, cookies, and late-night bakes inspired by my Nanna, who was an incredible cook and the heart of our kitchen growing up.
What started as a love for baking in my tiny kitchen has grown into a sweet little bakery where we create cakes, cookies, and custom treats that bring joy to every celebration.
From beautifully bespoke cakes to fun kids’ decorating classes and everything in between, I pour my heart into each creation to make every bite as special as the moment it’s made for. Scrumptious Soph is all about flavour, fun, and making life a little sweeter — one dessert at a time.
