We have taken care to describe and show items and services as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items and services may occur.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Although We have made every effort to display colours accurately, We cannot guarantee that Your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct.

The Company does not make any warranties or representations regarding any data, service and/or information provided or made available by any user the Website or on any external web sites linked to them. In particular, the Company does not warrant or represent that said data, service and/or information is true or accurate, or that it fulfils or serves any particular purpose.

Allergen Disclaimer and Product Consumption

Our baked goods are prepared in an environment that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from any particular allergen. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before placing your order; or refrain from placing an order at all. The Company cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our products.

Our products are best enjoyed fresh and should be consumed within 2 days of delivery. The Company is not liable for any dissatisfaction or health concerns that arise from consumption of our products beyond this timeframe, as well as consumption of our products that were not stored correctly and as advised.

Placing an Order & Delivery

We may refuse at Our discretion to accept an order:

(a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for Your payment;

(b) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or;

(d) where products ordered by You are not available;

(e) if we do not deliver to Your area;

(f) services or information ordered by You are not available.

Where we do not accept Your order but have processed Your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from Your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.

Deliveries are made through a third-party courier service, such as Fast Drop. The method of delivery and the date will be indicated in Your order confirmation.

Courier Delivery: If You choose courier delivery, please note that while We take great care in preparing and packaging Your products, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during transit. Any issues arising from the courier service should be addressed directly with the courier company. The Company shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused by these third party service providers. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of Your order; if there is no-one on hand to receive the products, we cannot keep hold of the order for re-delivery and they will be left at the address You have given us.

Pickup: If You are picking up Your order, please come to Our shop at 53 Triq is-sikka, Bahar Ic-Caghaq, Naxxar, Malta at the scheduled pickup time indicated in Your order confirmation. Timely pickups help Us manage our workflow and ensure that all customers receive their orders on time. Failure to pick up Your order at the scheduled time may result in delays or a backlog of orders.

Customer Responsibility & Accurate Information

It is Your responsibility to ensure that all order details, delivery addresses, and other information provided to us are correct and accurate. The Company shall not be held liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by You.

By placing an order with Us, You agree to these delivery Terms.

Payment Policy

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Failure to complete payment may result in your order being cancelled without notice.

Payment shall be due before the delivery, and before the commencement of the Service.

Payment online: Our secure server software encrypts all Your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data. Your browser will confirm that You are shopping in a secure environment by showing either a locked padlock icon or an image of a padlock next to the payment details in the relevant area of the Website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any order for whatever reason, including, but without limitation, unforeseen circumstances or inability to fulfill the order as requested.

In such cases, We will notify the Client at the earliest opportunity and offer a choice of a full refund or store credit.

Clients may cancel their orders within 5 days of placing an order without penalty. After this period, non-refundable deposit is kept.

Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, strikes, accidents, fire or any force majeure event.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and any representative or employee, supplier or any third party involved, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable lawyer fees, resulting from any violation of the Terms by You, and Your use of the Website.

You also agree to indemnify the Company against any claims that information or material which you have submitted to the Company or the Website is in violation of any law or in breach of any third party rights such as defamations, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright etc.

It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. Promotion. We reserve the right to use photographs and videos of orders We prepare on the Website, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media or advertisement platform.
