I have always had a rather strange and sophisticated palette since I was a child. At age 4, my favourite dishes were spaghetti con nero di sepia followed by a rich Sicilian cassatella.

My first memory of cooking is in my grandmother’s kitchen at a similar age.  Making all types of sweets and pastries. Watching closely to all her techniques  and tricks. 

After graduating in Surrey with a BSC in Econmics and finance I decided to launch my instagram page to share my creations as a hobby. I was overwhelmed by the amount of positive feedback and love I received. 

Scrumptious Soph was born! 

I strive to provide a unique product. Light and fluffy, that will leave you wanting more.
